InnerYou was born from a personal journey, even before a professional one.

My passion for crystals began at the age of 16 , while I was attending high school for humanities .
A choice that, over time, I realized wasn't entirely mine. During that period, I often felt out of place, disconnected from who I truly was.

I was skeptical at first.
I approached the crystals with curiosity, but also with distance. I wasn't looking for spiritual answers, I was looking to understand .

Over time, however, something has changed.

A path of rebirth

I am a sensitive person and, as often happens to those who feel deeply, I have experienced several traumas, which over time I have learned how to transform into useful resources.
Among these, an eating disorder (ED) that profoundly affected my journey.

At a time when I had lost touch with my body, with my emotions and with myself, crystals were not a “magic solution”, but a point of support .
They helped me slow down, listen to myself, and gradually return home within myself.

That's where the real transformation began.

The birth of InnerYou

At 18 I decided that I wanted to share and turn this passion of mine into a job.

Because I understood that helping others with the tools I had already made my own would be of great help to other people with a story similar to mine.

So I started using social media as a tool to disseminate the information I had learned over time, and by doing so, starting to earn something from my online site too, I opened a VAT number .
It was a big step, perhaps premature, but heartfelt.
From there, InnerYou was born.

A project that wasn't born to sell objects, but to accompany people on a journey of awareness.

The name InnerYou means just this:

something that starts from within, first of all from us.

💎 Training, competence and responsibility

Over time I decided to give structure and depth to this passion:

  • I became a crystal therapist

  • I studied gemology

  • I combined sensitivity and technical expertise

Today InnerYou is a brand that unites:

  • energy jewels

  • training

  • conscious accompaniment

Today I help hundreds of women and men to:

  • find centering again

  • reconnect with yourself

  • use crystals in a correct, ethical and practical way

In 2024 I registered my crystal therapy course , designed both for those approaching it for the first time and for professionals who wish to deepen the conscious use of crystals.

My goal is not to create dependence, but autonomy .
Don't promise miracles, but offer tools.
