ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Order processing requires 2 to 10 business days, in addition to the shipping time.

Shipping within Italy usually takes 2 to 7 business days.

Worlwide shipping usually takes 7 to 15 days depending your place.

Orders placed in the morning are processed on the following business days, depending on product availability.

All jewelry pieces are handcrafted, so immediate dispatch is not always possible, except in specific cases.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Each order includes two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the sender’s address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the country or region of destination.
They are determined by the courier services and not by the company itself.

All orders over €80 qualify for free shipping.

Customers may select insured shipping for an additional €5, which covers any potential damage to the jewelry during transport. If this option is not selected, the sender cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, replacements, or refunds related to shipping.

If an incorrect address is provided by the recipient, the sender assumes no responsibility for any resulting loss of the package.
In case of reshipment after the second failed delivery attempt, the recipient will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
