Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the jewelry.

A return will only be accepted by the seller if the jewelry is scratched or damaged upon arrival.

Returns are not applicable in cases of customer error, such as selecting the wrong size.

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition, and must not have been disassembled, altered, or damaged in any way by the customer.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Customized jewelry, including pieces with engravings, model modifications, stone replacements, or made-to-order combinations, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Order cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing the order.

The INNERYOU ACADEMY course: Basic Crystal Therapy Course is non-refundable.
