CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products in our store may be available through subscriptions, pre-orders, or a “Try Before You Buy” option.
This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time.

You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription directly.

PRE-ORDERS

When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or not yet released.
At checkout, payment may not be collected immediately, or a partial deposit may be charged. The remaining amount will be charged when the order is processed and ready to ship.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return Policy.


TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

When purchasing an item under the “Try Before You Buy” option, your payment method will be pre-authorized before the order is shipped.
You will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item.
If you do not return the item within that period, the full amount will be charged automatically to your payment method.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.

If cancellation is not requested within this time frame, the supplier will not issue any refund.
